Trainee Spotlight Series: Tom Metz and Briana Wilson

This Trainee Spotlight features Tom Metz and Briana Wilson. Tom Metz is a Ph.D. candidate at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). Tom will present his work involving the biodistribution of a radioactively labelled AON in mice. The AON was measured over the course of five days with SPECT imaging, and data shown will compare the distribution of the AON injected ICV or IT.Briana Wilson is a graduate student at the University of Virginia. Briana will be talking about her work which focuses on how XRN2 prevents aberrant entry of tRNA trailers into RISC.
