OTS is pleased to announce a new webinar series for 2018, bringing you hot topics in the field while giving participants a chance to interact with subject matter experts. Webinars are complimentary for both OTS members and nonmembers and will include time for Q&A with the presenter. In the lead-off seminar on February 20, Prof. Dr. Annemieke Aartsma-Rus of Leiden University Medical Center will present on “Design of Exon Skipping Oligonucleotides”. In this webinar Annemieke will share this expertise and will outline what to consider when selecting candidate ASOs for splice modulation (e.g. target site selection, thermodynamic properties, checking for off-target effects etc).
