Elsie has the ability to discover, optimize, and synthesize the next generation of homogenous oligonucleotide therapeutics which will lead to therapeutics with higher efficacy, tailored PK profiles, streamlined regulatory campaigns and simplified manufacturing processes.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Elsie’s technology was born through close collaborations in the multidisciplinary research hub at Scripps Research between the chemical biology lab of Phil Dawson and the synthetic organic chemistry lab of Phil Baran.

OUR MISSION

Elsie hopes to leverage an out of the box way of thinking as well as a multidisciplinary approach to bring safer and more efficacious therapeutics to the market to treat the most intractable human diseases.
