RNA Medicine & Innovation (RMedI) symposium
The Montreal Clinical Research Institute (IRCM) and Sidney-Altman RNA Therapeutic Hub, in collaboration with McGill’s Center for RNA Sciences and Université de Montréal, invite you to the RNA Medicine & Innovation (RMedI) Symposium, which will take place at the IRCM on May 23 and 24. This symposium will bring together participants from academia and industry to discuss the latest advances in RNA biology and its transformative applications in therapeutics.
During the symposium, esteemed researchers, scientists, and experts will delve into the intricacies of RNA biology, exploring its multifaceted roles in gene regulation, protein synthesis, and disease. From RNA interference (siRNA) and antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) to messenger RNAs (mRNA) and Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) delivery, the symposium will showcase the latest breakthroughs driving therapeutic development and revolutionizing medical treatment paradigms. A discussion panel involving various community stakeholders will also be held to discuss the strategies, challenges, and development of RNA technologies in Quebec and Canada.
